Wrong forecast under low bandwidth.

When being in a mobile network with low bandwidth then the map is not updated when the forecast time slider is moved.
The user is than not made aware of the fact that the shown map and forecast date is not matching.

Here an example, where you can see, that the date and iso bars are changing. However the rain map is always the same, i.e. wrong.
