The forecast is wrong while Radar+ is accurate

The first image is showing Radar+.. and for my location, its been very greatly accurate but the only thing is.. the forecast can only go up to 1 hour.
On the second image, you see on forecast.. current weather with no rain while its currently raining.. what just happen to windy?

Radar is observation. The “forecast” on the radar layer is only an extrapolation of the last radar image.
The forecasts in Windy are those of the weather models and not of the app itself.
