Cloud Base Overlay Missing Data

There are several areas along the Northern California coast that say data is missing when I select the cloud base layer. Any idea why this is happening? It happens both in Edge on a Windows Desktop and on my iPhone XR iOS Windy app.

This is because there is no cloud there. If there is no cloud, there is no cloud base.
Check the Cloud layer to see clouds are forecast.
