Notification conditions based on sunrise/sunset

Hello,

I am using notification to give me a heads-up when ballooning might be possible and as balloon flight is not possible during thermal it would be great if the time condition could be based on an offset of sunrise/sunset.

We can normally in the early morning, just after sunrise, and late afternoon before sunset. And therefore the notification can not be based on time of day.

Or even better, if thermal can be taken into account would be great. Or maybe the elevation of the sun as thermal will not happen if the sun is not heating the ground.
