    Grey screen after launching the app on Android

      For about four months, when i launch the app (Turkish version) on my LG Q6 Android 8.1.0 phone, almost always the appearing screen comes grey as in the uploaded image and when you tap the screen, only for a second the map appears and suddenly gets lost.

        @hafix Hello, I recommend you to update your Android operating system and Windy app. Please let me know, if you continue to have this issue after an update. Have a nice day, Niki

          @Nicole-Dolezalova Hello, thanks for response but i can't update my phone to newer Androids anymore. Maybe becuse of that is my problem. But Windy is up to date.

            @hafix Unfortunately, Android 8 is not supported anymore so we cannot help you in this matter.
