      The 8th of March 2025 Windy / Pro Annual debited 2 amounts: 38,99 and 27,99.
      I want a refund of 38,99.

      How can I reach out to you?

      Also, my until March 2026 I should have my premium account, which is not the case.

      Can you help me? Would be great!

        Your account on this forum is not linked to any premium account (we have the system with premium labels next to the user's name).
        Could you please let us know which account you linked your premium to?

        I will see if there are any duplicates - to share the sensitive information please use the email address: support@windy.com - send us there the proof of the payments (the invoices) and Windy account information and the platform you have used for Premium activation.
