I just got my annual premium subscription an hour ago while exploring the app, I didn't notice that when the premium icon in my profile icon disappeared. Then 'Go Premium' pops up on the display and I think my premium subscription disappeared.

Your Premium subscription has not disappeared because you have the Premium badge here on the community forum.
At startup, it may take some time to be identified as a Premium user. -
@idefix37 hi thank you for responding to my concern. However, as of this writing I can't see the premium status when accessing the app. I already uninstalled and installed it. 😥 I don't know whats wrong

Can't you get hourly steps in the detailed forecast table? Or only in 3-hour steps?

@Suty my mobile phone. I tried to subscribed again for premium using a different account(my Facebook) it keeps on telling me that I'm already subscribed to a premium account😥

@Rina-Alla You will need to restore your purchase by following the steps below:
- Open the Windy.com app and log in with your account
- Open the subscription offer and click on “restore purchases.”
This action should assign the Premium to your account, and you can use it across your devices.
