Hide profile icon (iOS)

I’d love to be able to hide the profile picture icon (circled in screenshot) on iOS with a setting. It’s a bit of an unnecessary distraction from the content for me, and I almost never need to interact with it.

At the least it would be great if it could be vertically in-line with the other icons so it’s less visually jarring (second screenshot).

This icon provides direct access to login/logout, user profile, and favorites.
But the same functionality is available in the menu.
So it is a bit redundant.
