App radar and satellite glitchy

My app worked fine for years, then for the last month or so the satellite and radar views have been glitchy. When I zoom in or out, the screen turns white. Most times when I click play, only the future view works. Even if I drag the dot to past, it jumps right back to future and then there's no way to stop the scroll.
