Where is the support button in the windy app

I have subscribed to go premium and the app does not reflect this it just tells me I've already subscribed but does not open any features and I do not know where to go to get support please help

@Suty yes... I purchased the premium this morning but it will not give me access to any of the premium services. When I click on Go premium it tells me I'm already subscribed.

@Suty I have an Android phone a redme 11 pro. I have used this phone for windy subscriptions in the past
