Can i change the fixed position of weather picker crosshair dot anywhere in the android phone screen?

There is no way to change the position of the crosshairs in the upper third of the screen. Only the map can be moved relative to the crosshair position.
Why do you want to change the position of the crosshairs? -
@idefix37 Hello, Thanks for your explanation. Hope an update of the app will be released soon so that user can have an option to move the position of the crosshair dot, because moving the map may at times hide the location where the weather information needs to be viewed at all times.

If you need to view the weather always at same location, set this location as a favorite. You will not need to move the map.
