I need help with my premium subscription.

I work for several entities that involve search & rescue as well as disaster recovery. I have a commercial drone company and I utilize Windy as a key component when doing my flight planning. I am have a lot of issues with the app not recognizing that I have the paid subscription and I dont get any long range forecasting, which is vital to my operations planning. My account is up to date and I have issues quite frequently. I need to be able to chat with someone to help me before hurricane season is in full swing. How do I get contact info to help me.
