In the latest version of the software(46.0.4), the meteorological radar loads very slowly and often has partial data loss. It usually takes more than 1 minute to load, and it cannot play the movement trend or the future forecast.

If you need feedback on the phenomenon, you can send me an email, and I will reply with a screen recording in my email.

@远逸-张 Hello, do you use only mobile app? Can you check the mobile browser on the same device? We offer newer version there, so I would like to know if it gets better or not.

@Suty I just used the Windy web version, and the weather radar works fine there. However, since I made the post, the weather radar in the app version has remained almost unusable.

@Suty Hi, maybe I found the reason: when I use a VPN, the weather radar function becomes available again. It’s likely that the data cannot be loaded while in China mainland.

@远逸-张 Hi, if you are able to use Windy with VPN, please do that. Unfortunately, access to our endpoints is problematic from the mainland. We are constantly trying to work around the problem, but given our capacity limitations, it's not always possible. Furthermore, we don't have developers in China, so it is basically impossible for us to detect problems in a timely manner.
