Payment Not Working

I’ve paid for premium more than once now this year and it’s still wanting payment for access to premium. Your lack of an easy way to contact you and having to go to this community portal is stupid and inconvenient. please resolve this matter asap, contact me via email, and reimburse my prior payments.

@Michael-Dunn-5 May I ask for further details about those payments? Maybe, it will be better if you contact us at support@windy.com with all the details so we can effectively help you.
I checked your account under your username, which is @Michael-Dunn-5 and it is a free one, but I also found three Premium accounts under Michael Dunn 4, 3 and 2. All of them are assigned to Apple hidden email addresses (Example: d********qy@privaterelay.appleid.com), however, I am not sure if all of them are related to you, so I would need further details about those payments of yours.
