VFR Airspace Map Needs Updating

On the east side of lower Michigan, there are VFR airspace segments displayed when you toggle airports and select VFR airspace. Those depicted are the old boundaries and need updating. There is a disclaimer when you select a segment stating that it may not be accurate. In this case, that is true and users should refer to an FAA affiliated website for updated boundaries.

As you said, the VFR Airports points of interest are not substituting official FAA and ICAO information and documentation, and you should keep that in mind when using this feature. We are updating the data regularly to the extent possible, but sometimes the changes are not reflected in the source data. Have a sunny day, Niki
