hey how do i get these notifications on my phone i can't even get them even though they are active or is there something wrong with me?

@Tsei28 Hello, these are different kinds of alerts - the ones you see on your homepage are official weather warnings declared by your local hydrometeorological agency, and most likely they will refer to a broader time window.

While on the other hand, the Live Alerts for Storms and Heavy Rain are based on real-time weather events near you - in case you have allowed Windy to track your location, you will be notified about the Storm hitting in your area and Heavy Rain based on your location and local radar - you will receive notification without the need of opening Windy directly.
