Hello @kwaternakdong, the invoice is automatically sent to the owner of the subscription and it cannot be change now.
Theoretically, we could refund and cancel your existing subscription and you can purchase a new one with the email, that you need to use for these invoices. -

Request for Invoice Issuance for Windy Premium Subscription
Dear Windy Support Team,
We have recently created the following new account for internal company use and subscribed to the Windy Premium service:
New Account: kwaternakdong@kwater.or.kr
Purpose: Internal use within a public organization (system integration)
This account is a virtual one, set up specifically for internal operations. To process the payment through our company’s accounting system, we kindly request a separate invoice to be issued under our organization’s name.
Previously, we also subscribed to the Premium service using a personal account. However, the invoice was not automatically issued to that account, so we had to request it manually via email.

wntjrwogus@naver.comWe would appreciate it if you could send us the invoice for the current subscription as well, issued under the name of Korea Water Resources Corporation (K-water), Nakdong River Basin Headquarters.

@Suty 지난 2024년 7월에도 'jooseok'이라는 사용자의 프리미엄 구독에 대한 송장을 별도 계정으로 받은 적 있습니다.
Suty 관리자님께서 별도의 계정으로 송장을 발송해주셨었고, 동일한 방식으로 이번에도 처리가 가능하지 않을까 싶습니다!
확인 부탁드립니다.In July 2024, we had a similar case with a subscription under the user name “jooseok”, where the invoice was not sent automatically. At that time, Suty (administrator) kindly helped us by sending the invoice to a different email account manually. We hope the same arrangement can be made again.

Now how can I renew my key, I see it has expired 7/30/2025, however I can't find the upgrade to Pro package but the software is still accepting Pro license, this is confusing.
Or do I have to Add new for this product?
