Hello,
I doubt Windy will provide you with a weather report for the previous days. Windy doesn't archive forecasts that have been issued in the past.
However Windy store past data of radar. Here is the picture at 05:36 on 07/28 showing heavy rain (available for Premium users).
Bright red is about 80mm/h and purple more than this rain rate.Regarding the wind, there is no weather station in Porto Venere. Windy displays a station 15 km away, in Porto di Carrara. You can check the wind reports in Windy, but they weren't very strong there during the thunderstorm. They could have been much more violent under the storm in Porto Venere.
Personally, I would contact the official marine weather services in Italy to get more information about the wind event.

Also, the weather station in a nearby airport (Sarzana, location indicator LIQW) reported thunderstorm.
