Radar Data Outage in Mainland China and parts of India

So there is only a small area showing “no data” in south west of Sri Lanka.
At the moment I see some rain in north part of the island.

Why do all the weather radars in China show "no data"?

@idefix37 yes but for example today big area of sri lanka is with no data, does that mean the radar is not always available or just very poorly available in this region?

Yes, but right now it is a large issue over the main part of the Asian continent since 9hours, not only on Sri Lanka.

OMG, the whole china mainland's data is missing, my Heavy Rain Live Alert won't work :((
I don't know the source which the windy.com use. But I see Rainviewer work properly: https://www.rainviewer.com/weather-radar-map-live.html?loc=38,100,3
NMC also provide radar images properly: https://www.nmc.cn/publish/radar/chinaall.html

Why can't we see weather radar in mainland China now? Is it a bug or is it intended to block mainland China?
