<![CDATA[radar readings vs pressure line changes]]>Hi, would it be possible to view weather radar readings (e.g., rain) from a specific period (e.g., 3/6/12 hours) preceding them, coordinated with changes in ground pressure lines?
This would help some people better understand the nature and effects of pressure changes.

We'll see if something can be done about it.

In general, pressure fields from the model are available with a 1-hour time step (in the Premium version), while radar data are interpolated by the minute. This means that isobars would be shown with a different time resolution than radar reflectivity.

Moreover, we currently don’t have an archive of model data, so once an older forecast of the pressure field is overwritten by a newer one, it wouldn’t be possible to view the radar data together with the original isobars.
