      I am writing to inform you that I have already terminated my account associated with the email address info@f*****o.kr. However, I have recently noticed that a payment has still been charged.

      As this account has been cancelled and is no longer in use, I kindly request the following:

      Immediate cancellation of any active subscription or payment plans associated with this email.

      A full refund for the recent payment that was charged in error.

      Confirmation that no further charges will be made to this account or associated payment methods.

      Please let me know if you need any additional information to process this request.

        @Diveholic Hello, you need to manage your subscription in this link. Please use the same account info as for logging into the community Windy.com.           @Diveholic Your last payment under info@f*****o.kr was refunded and subscription was cancelled.
