Transfer subscription from iphone to android

Hi, just recently i got an annual subscrption from the applestore. My iphone fell into the sea and i have decided to buy a samsung. Any idea how to transfer my subscription over the android?

@Panos-Koutsourakis-2 Unfortunately, this is not possible. But if you had your Premium assigned to an account, you can use this Premium account on any other devices.
