Upgrading issue

I continue seeing upgrading icon although I already upgraded my account and made the payment for premium. I need to make sure I completed the process and my account is upgraded.

Apparently you are not Premium otherwise the Premium badge would displayed next to your username.
Did you “restore” the purchase ? See this thread to know how to do it. -

Thanks for responding. I am a premium member however and this 'fix' does not work in my case. I will contact support directly.
