Premium subscription does not apply to app

Yesterday I purhased Windy premium subscription. Unfortunately it did not apply to the the app, both Android and Apple (all latest updates incl. the app). Tried to log in log out - no success. Even if I go to 'purhase premium' option again, it says that it has already been subscribed.
Please help! Username same as my email.

Do we must understand that it works on the browser version, on desktop ?
Or do you purchased the subscription in AppStore or PlayStore only for your devices ?
In any case you need to use the same credentials, email and password, on all your devices.Then after purchasing you have to “restore the purchase”. See what does it means.

Restore the purchase solved the issue. It works now on Android and Apple platform, once loged in.
