Premium acces

I can’t access premium when I log in on my laptop. I have premium in my phone.

Do you log in with the same account credentials as you do in in your app ?
Does your app display the same red logo as in the Windy.com website ? Or a blue one ?

Hi!
I log in with the same account. The windy logo is the same one. But on my iPhone it says premium under “my icon” and on my laptop it says “get premium” beside it. And when I click on get premium the only option I get is to by it again.

This is strange.
Sometimes people don’t use the same email.

@jockevS Hello, I checked your account under jo******@hotmail.com and there is no Premium there. Can you please share more info about the email address you have assigned to your Premium?
