Purchased from Premium FastSpring but can't restore purchase

Hi,
I emailed support but did not hear back. I purchased Windy Premium via FastSpring but I cannot restore the purchase to my account.
When I type the order number from the email invoice it says "your subscription is already assigned to an account" but it appears there is a typo in the email.

Is it possible to correct the email address or assign the premium subscription to my existing account?
