Windy.com forecast is unreliable!

Suffolk County NY. I know weather is hard to predict but, unlike last year, Windy.com has been totally unreliable this spring and summer. 95% wrong. What is going on??? I paid for another year but sorry I did. Hope someone reads this and has an explanation (not bs) and possibly a fix.

Windy doesnt make a forecast.. it visualizes weather models from all over the world.. see here for the sources

@jarias10s Yep, live in South Texas. Just did the same. The Windy App showed my location engulfed by a thunderstorm, but bright and sunny outside. This site used to be good and is no longer. Either it improves this year or Im off to something else.

If you talk about the Rain layer, I guess you use the default weather model, ECMWF.
Have you tried other models like HRRR or NAM. They might provide a different forecast.
