cant access premium on other devices

I have purchased Windy premium on Apple and have a recurring payment each year. I am able to access the hourly feature on my iPhone but not on my laptop or my wife's phone. I log in no problem but i am not able to restore purchase to get the hourly feature. I have no code to enter in the restore purchase order reference.

@windypeter Hello, if you have your Premium assigned to an account on one of your devices, there is no need to restore it again. You should be able to login with same credentials on other devices to access the Premium.

That is what I would think too, but I am not able to do so. Only can login on my phone. I tried emptying my cache and it still didn't work.

Good morning. I have the same problem. Paid subscription in Google Play on mobile phone, won't let me restore purchase on laptop.

As @Suty said, if you have Premium service on your phone, you don’t need to restore the purchase on your laptop. Just login with the same credentials, email and password. -
@idefix37 You would think so, but when I go to log in, it just remains with the icon showing I should/could purchase premium. It is like a broken loop.

When I do the login I just get sent back to purchase premium screen.

Looks like I can only upload photos so here is the sequence. #1 It asks for Premium. #2 gives screen with link to login. #3 log in screen. #4 back to windy with the button moved for 1 hour but the values all still showing I need to get Premium.

Windy.com don’t offer a lifetime licence. You are probably talking about another app, with a similar name, windy.app, but with a blue logo. This company has nothing to do with windy.com with a red logo. So in the browser version of windy.com, you can’t get Premium.
