Scroll wheel zoom and city names

1/ Scrolling wheel to zoom depends on system settings - number of lines to be scrolled in mouse settings (which I have 7). It should be just one step with each mouse wheel movement omittting the system settings. Current zoom step is too large. This took me years to find out and use +- keyboard instead.
2/ City names have no font sizing - large cities having same size as small. This makes orientation pretty hard.
3/ Translating city names into system language names is misleading and useless.
