Error with Route Planner - Can't Change Speed?

I am trying to use the route planner and unable to change the speed of my vessel for the planning. it is greyed out and I cant change the value. Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug? I feel like I have used this in the past without issue. Changing the type of route (car, VFR...) doesnt do help.

Yes, there is a bug in the latest version.
The on/off button to activate the speed is not visible.
But clicking on the word "Speed" or just in front of it activates it.

By the way, clicking on mi (underlined by a dotted line) allows you to select nautical miles (NM) instead of statute miles.
