The application is very good, but I think it could be even better with a few small tweaks.
First, it should be possible to set a model as the default. In many cases, the last selection remains, but sometimes it jumps back to ECMWF. In my case, I want to use MBLUE most of the time, and usually I have to keep selecting it again.
Second, when using the home icon to reposition, the zoom level shown is too wide (the correct one should be the same zoom level as on the startup page of the app).
Alerts: In this new version, notifications appear when selecting thunder and rain alerts. It would be great to have push notifications with the official alerts from the meteorological services (currently they are only shown inside the app, but no notification is triggered).
Widgets: it should be possible to use AROME-HD (at least in the hourly widgets, etc.). In the widgets (and also in the app), it would also be very useful to show data from nearby stations, but only those updated within less than X minutes.
