open at location settings

This page still does not keep my settings. I want it to open in Cowichan Bay when I open it, but every time I have to go into settings and put it back to Cowichan Bay from determine from my computer. You'd think all the updates would fix this, but they've actually taken this away as it used to keep my settings

Have you tried my workaround ? Probably not.

Otherwise, if you want to save your location as start up location, you have to type Cowichan Bay in the search bar and save it as a favorite by clicking on the little heart next to the search bar.
Then in the Settings, under Start up location, choose Cowichan Bay. It should work.
Did you do that ?
