Creating Windy plugin stuck at "waiting for changes"

Hello, I am attempting to create a Windy plug-in, following the instructions given in the documentation. But when I run "npm start", the process is stuck at "waiting for changes..." as shown in the attached image. At the time I posted this topic, the plugin has still not created and still stuck at "waiting for changes..." for already 23 minutes. What is the most likely issue behind this, and how can I fix it?

This is not an error it is the normal state. I think you may need to take a look at https://docs.windy-plugins.com/getting-started/debugging.html

Windy.com/dev. Accept cert. Plugin should open. Rollup watches for change. If you change, just click reload plugin in windy.com/dev.
