Lost access to my premium subscription, please help

I had a subscription for that last year. I use windy fairly regularly during surfing season, but it's been flat for a few months. I just noticed yesterday that my subscription is not there at all.

@rdboyett Hello, do you have any evidence of the purchase? I checked your account, and there has never been any Premium subscription. Is it possible that you used a different email in that Premium account?
