Working alert with notification in mobile app

Hi,

Can you post a screenshot of a alert working good, also with notification on mobile phone? I don't understand how configurate correctly an alert.. Notifications seem random

Thank you, the tutorial is helpful, but I don't understand when I should receive the notification...Often I have the blue bell, but I don't receive the notification on mobile phone (also according with time slot indicated).
