@Rayner-Workman We apologize, but we are unable to refund your App Store purchase. Apple doesn't allow us to manage purchases made on their platform. You will need to request a refund directly from Apple, as they are the provider of the purchase process.

I was debited last night for a year's subscription renewal to Windy Premium. I did not ask for it nor did receive any notice that this was to occur.
