Forecast bar repeat itself from the beginning after reaching mid point instead of going till end and in the same way it starts from the mid point and reaches till end but again starts from mid point instead of the beginning point

This is the correct way to display the radar loop, and fortunately, Windy allows us to view only actual radar data.
The white line displays normal radar data, i.e., data provided by the radar itself.
The red line is simply an extrapolation of the last frame in the radar loop.
A weather radar allows rain observation, not forecast. So it is important to separate observation from extrapolation.
