Page Up/Down buttons can't raise Altitude pass 925hPa

In Winds and Humidity, Page Up/Down had been good for the web app to conveniently adjust altitude from ground to 150hPa. No more. Now it's stuck between ground a 925hPa.

@hangInThere Unfortunately, we are not able to test these devices and support them all. We will check the behavior on standard devices, based on Windows and MacOS.
