Sounding image expand not working in 47.1.0

When you press the icon to expand the sounding it does expand, but on MacOS Safari and Chrome you are unable to drag it to view the parts of the sounding that are off screen
No combination of keys changes the cursor to a drag.

This is also the case with Safari on an iPad.

The Observatory now relies on windy.com for all of its weather forecasting since all of the "astronomical" forecasts are really for a nearby city 2500 feet below us. The sounding has been a real saver since it gives us a picture not only of clouds but also how likely a temperature inversion is and the likelihood of humidity. I can still access the information on my iPad using the app, but losing the browser version has caused problems.
and I don't know if it makes a difference, but I am now on Tahoe (MacOS 26)
