Why is the page NO LONGER AUTO-UPDATING when showing radar?

That is my question. I am on PC, the time bar changed at bottom today, but it seems along with that change the page is NO LONGER UPDATING automatically at least while on Radar, as it has always done every day forever.
I do have Premium subscription.

@DorieA Do you mean that the Radar layer is not update automatically in time, but it has to be refreshed?
