Observation vs forecast missing all but the very latest wind history for HRDPS

As you can see in the above screenshot, the HRDPS model shows no wind data in the "observation vs forecast" tab except for the last few hours (it had been following it over the weekend, and at the time it definitely did forecast wind, it just isn't showing that now).
In the above, I am looking at the station just SW of Grand Bend (near the marker). It was also the same for the five or so other stations I tried randomly across SW Ontario. Thanks!

I confirm, for example, at Deer Lake Airport. HRDPS displays 0 kt, except during the last few hours.
