Not corect weather. It says that is raining a lot (24 mm), but doesnt rain. Istria, Croatia

At the moment the Weather radar layer is showing that it rains over some parts of Croatia and it is confirm by Weather stations showing RA (rain). This is observation.
You probably talk about the Rain layer by ECMWF model. It DOES NOT SAY it is raining, but it forecasts rain. This is a prediction, not an observation.
