      Hello, I purchased a premium account and I can't access premium content on my desktop computer or the app on my phone. I log in with my credentials, and your system doesn't recognize that I purchased a premium account. It keeps showing that I can purchase a premium account, even though I've attached a screenshot showing that I purchased your subscription in the Google Play Store. Please help.
