WatchOS 26 - dead watch face

I was really hoping this would not be the case, but updated my devices and now the watch face is dead.
Going into the windy app, looking to reinstall, it says the watch face is not compatible with the operating system.
Tried to add a photo, but the forum is not allowing me to upload an image; it just types code.
Anyhow. The watch face is blank with square blocks.

The Windy watch face that the windy app installs / allows to install as a full screen Apple watch interface -
WatchOS?

Windy Version?
Windy 46.010002
Basically everything that is up to date and the very latest.

Coincidentally, ( after swapping in some apple weather elements via the phone yesterday ) this morning, I tapped on the little lightning symbol, and found install watch face at the bottom of the list.
Did that, and the whole Windy watch face came back; with proper information.
