Replay .FIT File?

Would it be possible to display the location data from a .FIT file (say, out of a Garmin watch or bike computer) along with the historical weather animation? Today I got caught in a pop-up storm over Detroit and it was neat to use Windy to see it appear, but I'd love to correlate that with my location data.
