Limit temps displayed

Periodically I like to check temperatures around where I live in San Diego, CA. USA. If I click to display reported temps I get something like this:

You can tell by the overlay color that there are some hot temperatures inland from the coast but I only see a few coastal temps. Then I click to zoom in one more step and I get this:

Now there are so many temps displayed that they are virtually unreadable. May I suggest adding a user setting to choose how many temps get displayed. In my pic, 50 or so would give me a pretty good representation of temps in my area. Thanks,
