Wind speed is not matching

Hello there,

Good evening,

I am at Balzac, Alberta, Canada, and wind at my location is almost 35 km/hr with 40 km/hr gust, but on windy app is just 7 km/hr gust of 13 km/hr, I am not sure if app is updating properly, please see couple of pictures attached.

The table you provide, shows wind speed in m/sec.
Keep in mind: 10 m/sec = 36 km/hr.
