"No Data" on central Italy

Hi,
since about a week ago there is a "No Data" radar information on part of central Italy, west side, incluse Rome, is it a temporary issue that will be solved in the next days or it is beyond your control?

@Mario-Di-Francesco Anche a me é così da oltre 10 giorni. Dicono che dipende dal fornitore dati e che loro non possono farci nulla. Ma ho fatto caso che solo sull’app c’é quell’errore mentre invece dal sito web funziona correttamente
