Include wind gusts into alerts

Hello

I would like to ask you to include wind gusts as a configurable alert.

I set a wind alert for winds starting at 40km/h. Today we had strong winds but no windy alert so I went to check: wind= 30km/h so it didn't trigger, but gusts are 80km/h!
So please consider including them into alerts.
