Not working on my apps

I cannot function and work properly in my app (Windy app) anymore. I cannot display wind moving in any direction in my app and also particles animation and never anything in my app.

Concerning the Particles animation, have you checked in the menu that they are enabled ?
What device and OS version are you using ?
